Overview
The Rolex Oyster Perpetual 41 134303 marks 100 years since Rolex introduced the Oyster case in 1926, the case architecture that made every waterproof wristwatch that followed possible. Unlike the standard OP 41 lineup's lacquer dial colours, this reference is built specifically for the anniversary: yellow Rolesor construction, a Slate dial unique to this configuration, and green printed details that reference Rolex's own house colour. It is a distinct anniversary configuration, not a permanent addition to the OP 41's colour range.
The case is 41mm Oystersteel with a yellow gold domed bezel and winding crown, the yellow Rolesor construction; the bracelet remains Oystersteel throughout, with the gold confined to the bezel and crown. The dial is Slate, a colour introduced specifically for this reference and not available elsewhere in the Oyster Perpetual range. At 6 o'clock, "100 years" replaces the usual "Swiss Made" text; the five-minute markers on the minute track are printed in green, as is the "Rolex" signature.
The movement is the Calibre 3230: self-winding, blue Parachrom hairspring, 70-hour power reserve, certified as a Superlative Chronometer to ±2 seconds per day. Water resistance to 100 metres via the screw-down Triplock crown; no date complication, the dial reads without interruption.
Within the current Oyster Perpetual 41 range, the 134303 sits apart from the lacquer dial colours on both construction and story: yellow Rolesor rather than full steel, and dial and case detailing specific to Rolex's own centenary rather than a seasonal colour release. Against the standard steel OP 41 in Pistachio or Coral Red, this reference carries a premium for the gold content and the anniversary association, not the colour alone. We expect the Oyster 100 to hold interest well beyond the anniversary year itself, on the strength of the case construction rather than the marketing moment. This piece is brand new, unworn, complete original set with box and papers dated June 2026, at RM59,000.
